Robe rubis profond, avec des reflets violets. Nez de fruits et d'épices (fraise, girofle, poivre). Attaque souple, fraîche, relevant les mêmes arômes qu'au nez. Pas d’andouillette sans Brouilly…celui-ci est au poil!
