Bouche d’une grande élégance. Le côté vineux est très présent, accompagné de touches de cannelle. Un Champagne d’amateur éclairé qui montre une grande réflexion et élaboration. Le travail du créateur est une réussite. A apprécier doucement pour lui-même…applaudissements!
