Nez cerise, légèrement mentholé, garrigue.
Bouche : ample, droite, structurée, épicée en finale.
Un vin profond et intense qui dure. Belle mâche. La puissance est domptée. L’harmonie nez-bouche est réelle. Un moment de plaisir incontestable. Plus qu’un Crozes et moins qu’un Hermitage ! Un régal ! Sur un lapin chasseur.
