Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Limpide, presque transparente, on aime cette robe. Légèrement fermé au début il évolue sur des notes minérales. Le fruit arrive dans un second temps, après la pointe d’acidité. Un vin frais qui mérite d’attendre un peu pour offrir un plaisir absolu. Le terroir est présent, la patte de Vincent Grall aussi.
