Sous-bois et truffes, nous marchons dans des allées automnales. On passe du nez à la bouche en harmonie, de fruits macérés à la crème de cassis. La matière possède un beau potentiel. Belle longueur légèrement veloutée à accompagner avec un plat de caractère.
