Il est rond, fruité, avec un soupçon d’amande verte.
Extraction bien maîtrisée. Un équilibre qui allie puissance et expressivité. Prêt à être déguster mais méritant aussi d’être attendu. Sur une côte de bœuf à la moelle. Un bon vin italien.
