Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Il a besoin d’un peu de temps pour s’ouvrir et alors les arômes s’expriment. Silex et iode se découvrent. Côté minéral affirmé sans perdre le fruit (pêche blanche). Il offre une continuité entre senteurs et saveurs.
