On déguste la pomme et les fruits exotiques qui se devinaient olfactivement.
Une certaine élégance en fin de bouche. Continuité entre le nez et la bouche. Le gras apporte la finesse. Avec davantage de structure il pourrait entrer dans la cour des très grands.
