Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Un bouquet qui a de la profondeur, poivron, épices douces, pin et pointe de gibier. Il est souple, croquant, son soyeux enveloppe le palais de fruits rouges fondus, avec la groseille en retour. On l’imagine avec un tablier de sapeur à la Lyonnaise, est-ce le mariage improbable avec un vin d’Afrique du Sud ?
