Superbe nez démarrant sur le cuir puis exprimant kiwi et pamplemousse. On est presque surpris. Saveurs particulières, mais ô combien goûteuses de garrigue, thym et fruits rouges écrasés. Finale pimentée qui confirme cette personnalité.
