Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Très vanillé et légèrement épicé (cannelle) au premier contact. Très gras en bouche, aromatique (fruits exotiques) et s’achève sur des touches mentholées. Un vin qui se laisse découvrir et qui peut attendre encore pour révéler toute sa complexité aromatique. Un mariage certainement heureux avec un curry d’agneau.
