Hardi comme un fringant coursier, laissons-lui un peu de temps pour s’assagir. Il délivrera au mieux ce nez flatteur de grillé et de fumé. L’attaque est belle avec sa touche cacaotée. On aime mordre dans la chair de pêche et de pruneau.
