Très lumineux . Brioché, légèrement épicé (cannelle) et une pointe de fleur d’oranger pour tout dire un nez très plaisant. La longueur s’exprime sans détour. Une finale sucrée. Un champagne à découvrir absolument car il se démarque par son caractère vineux et féminin. La perfection n’est pas loin.
