Apprécions d’abord sa jolie robe saumonée aux reflets pâles et voyons ce qu’elle cèle. Une fringante pointe de framboise glisse sur une touche de mie de pain pour aviver nos sens olfactifs. Nous aimons, c’est aromatique, fruité. Nous imaginons très bien ce fin goût de pêche sur une terrine de poisson.
