Ce Champagne cultive les contrastes avec superbe. L’œil et le nez découvrent un rosé : robe de fille, arômes de myrtille et de bonbon. La bouche est tout autre, fraîche et aromatique comme un blanc avec une souple finale amande et noisette. Un moment rare.
