Splendide ! Un nez expressif, fin, complexe, aux touches grillées. Une attaque fruitée (orange) et des arômes fondus qui glissent longuement vers l’amande toastée. Une expression magnifique. Fallait-il décrire ce moment de bonheur presque égoïste?
