L’approche serait sérieuse si elle n’était aussi aromatique: fruits exotiques, pointe briochée, parfum fumé et enfin notes amandées. En revanche la bouche est gaie faite pour le bonheur des sens, mélange vif et gras, écorce d’orange et fruits. Attendra légèrement en cave pour faire parler des apéritifs entre amateurs.
