Une pointe fumée posée sur un lit d’agrumes pour l’approche aromatique. Sur la langue c’est d’abord une attaque orangée puis le Chardonnay s’exprime, gras, droit, équilibré. Il laisse glisser des notes miellées sur des saveurs d’amande. On retrouve en finale la pointe fumée du départ.
