Début de symphonie aromatique : cire d’abeille, orange confite et chair d’agrumes. La bouche est corpulente mais sans vulgarité, d’abord litchi puis caramel et enfin gâteau (pain d’épices). Un coup de cœur pour cette belle partition musicale.
