Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
La robe déjà nous charme et on rêve de la soulever. On y découvre la véritable typicité de ce cépage marié à des senteurs de calcaire. Un bon Saumur Champigny, riche, charnu, une compote un brin vanillée. Sa jeunesse ne l’empêche pas d’être velouté. C’est bon.
