Joli travail qui arrive jusqu’à nous en expurgeant les lourdeurs du chêne pour ne laisser que les saveurs du cabernet. Un nez développé légèrement giboyeux et un style kirsché avec un retour de prune à l’alcool. Finale capuccino.
