Plutôt accorte l’accueil sur des notes crème et café, s’ajoutent des senteurs toastées, en définitive un nez plein, élégant. Une attaque entre cuir et pruneau bien expressive du merlot. La finale caramel sera du meilleur accord avec un fromage à forte personnalité.
