Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

On a laissé le vin s’exprimer sans artifice, merci ! Parfumé, vif, tonique : quel nez de violette, de kirsch et de fougères, on note le grillé mais tellement fondu. Il nous séduit par ses tanins fins et ses arômes onctueux. Le tabac est juste là pour l’élégance du propos.
