Au-delà de l’expression de poivron avec une pointe de kirsch, on a beaucoup aimé les notes proches du Cabernet Franc lorsqu’il s’exprime sur les rives calcaires de la Loire. Pourtant il est ici minoritaire. La finale est persistante.
