Il s’ouvre pour nous séduire sur des notes d’amandes torréfiées et de fruits mûrs. Peut-on parler de garrigue car on n’attendait pas les fins tanins sur sauge et thym. Mais c’est bon, vif et en accord avec la finale fleurie.
