Beaucoup d’arômes, qui s’en plaindrait ? Pinède, garrigue, cuir, pruneau ; des saveurs à l’avenant, et surtout la typicité d’un Châteauneuf. La texture, élégante court sur des fruits à noyaux et finit sur du cacao.
