Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Si on doit faire découvrir le grenache, c’est impérativement avec cet exemplaire qu’il faut initier un débutant. Le risque c’est qu’il ne veuille plus autre chose. Un nez époustouflant de pinède chaude et d’herbes sèches. De bout en bout, cerise et garrigue alternent chair et saveurs veloutées. Je suis addict !
