Diable que ça sent bon ! Un fondu provençal de sauge, de thym et de garrigue. La note animale vient en dernier. Charnu et soyeux, docile et parfaitement tendre quand les tanins auront toute leur rondeur. Pruneaux, fruits noirs et finale torréfiée. A ne pas rater.
