Eau de roche cette robe qui nous sert des arômes de pomme verte. La bouche est fraîche, parfumée et fruitée. Un Sauvignon de saveur particulière, d’une belle sensibilité, désaltérant à souhait comme on l’espère d’un tel cépage.
