Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Diantre, un 2004 qui n’a pas perdu un brin de couleur. La touche aromatique est vanillée puis la griotte se développe. L’attaque se fait en rondeur, la finale est épicée, encore un peu tannique. Un vin authentique qui demande une ouverture assez tôt avant consommation.
