Presque atypique tant les arômes et les saveurs tranchent avec le chardonnay « classique ». Un nez où se mêlent fenouil, fougère et senteurs de camomille. En bouche on pourrait reconnaître le côté pétrolé du riesling et une tendance résine de pin. A goûter sur des mets délicats.
