Brillant comme un bouton d’or et parfumé de notes de thé, d’agrumes et de brioche. Un vin bien fait pour nous, vanillé, ample, gras. Restent longuement en bouche des saveurs entre épices et abricot sec. Les plats ci-dessous mais aussi à essayer sur tajine.
