Des bulles finement dorées qui s’échappent doucement de ce « vin d’orfèvre ». Exceptionnelle complexité, on notera les épices, les fleurs blanches, la vanille…En bouche la bulle accompagne les saveurs de poire et les arômes multiples. Bravo !
