Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
On aime la couleur d’un rose pâle saumoné qui engendre la fête. Une bulle pas agressive aux senteurs de pain et légèrement mentholée. Un peu de gras qui donne de la charpente à cette matière charmeuse. On le voit bien animer la conversation tout au long d’un repas.
