Sur un autre registre que le millésime 2006 mais tout aussi plaisant. Ici le fruité domine, myrtille, cassis et une pointe de poivron. La mâche est superbe, c’est un vrai Crozes Hermitage. Un peu animal comme il se doit et d’une redoutable longueur.
