Les senteurs de miel alternent avec des parfums de résine, c’est très fin. La saveur d’écorce d’orange donne de l’élégance à cette belle réalisation. A aucun moment il n’y a de la lourdeur et c’est un bonheur que cette finale de tarte sablée.
