Cette terre fait bien les choses, elle donne des arômes de fruits secs et d’herbe fraîche au Carignan et au Mourvèdre quand ils sont bien soignés. Le reste évolue entre groseille et myrtille avec une pointe épicée. Il a de la mâche le bougre.
