Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Un vrai Saint-Joseph qui pourrait s’appeler « rondeur et épices ». La couleur rouge sombre de la Syrah. Le nez est chocolaté avec un soupçon de noisette. Une mâche de myrtille et une finale grillée pour nous plaire à table. S’il en reste en fin de repas,ce dont on pourrait douter, faites comme en Lyonnais, sortez le Saint Marcellin.
