Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Solide comme un Béarnais ce vin. S’il est sombre c’est qu’il est jeune. Laissons lui le temps de s’assouplir car le fruit qui s’exprime au nez devrait aussi se livrer au palais. Encore tannique, fillettes s’abstenir pour l’instant.
