La belle couleur cerise burlat permet de se faire une idée de la suite. Le bouquet mentholé évolue vers la mûre noire. En bouche ce sont des fruits mûrs qui donnent le ton, version cassis avec une pointe épicée. C’est nerveux et aromatique.
