Il brille, logique pour un astre. Pourtant ses arômes expressifs de vanille laissent deviner une période où il a vécu caché en fût. Un blanc qui a du caractère, de la matière et du gras. Il faut savoir attendre car il a du potentiel et le temps atténuera son côté boisé. Parfait sur des asperges.
