Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Un Côtes de Bourg atypique mais tellement plaisant. Des arômes giboyeux, de sous-bois, d’automne. La bouche est poivrée, grillée, avec une finale qui rappelle les griottes à l’alcool. Il est équilibré et ô combien spécial.
