Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Une prometteuse robe sombre, couleur cerise noire. Le bouquet exhale des notes mentholées et de griotte mûre. Cette mâche de fruits noirs est riche. Les fruits sont très présents. La consistance tannique et robuste donne un bel avenir à ce vin. N’hésitez pas à associer ce produit catalan à un fromage basque où un plat exotique car il peut voyager.
