S’appeler « Optimus » c’est pouvoir donner beaucoup. Il peut, car son bouquet très développé exhale des notes épicées et grillées. Il aura aussi donné de la matière au palais, café, tabac. Des tannins fondus d’une grande finesse. C’est velouté et bien fait.
