Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Un vrai bonheur ce 2003 qui équilibre les 2 cépages dans sa composition. La couleur correspond à celle du millésime, grenat. Un nez de fruits confits et d’épices. Un vin qui malgré ou grâce à sa charpente et ses tannins sait garder un velouté, un soyeux qui a séduit le jury. Il est à point, il dure, dure en bouche.
