Le ramage est égal au plumage car la robe est belle avec ses jambes fines. Le nez est complexe avec ses senteurs de vieux cuir et de tabac d’où s’échappe un parfum de rose. La mâche est sucrée quand le pruneau et les fruits cuits s’expriment.
