Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

On aime les vins prometteurs, c’en est un. La robe est d’un rubis brillant aux reflets de violette. Le nez sur les fruits rouges trahit sa jeunesse. Il est encore un peu fermé, tannique mais sa mâche, son grain laissent deviner ce qu’il a sous le pied. Acceptons d’attendre sans impatience.
