Un Côtes de Castillon à boire avec plaisir, sans arrière pensée. La couleur y engage, elle est belle, confiture de fraise aux reflets noirs. Le nez, légèrement sous-bois au début évolue vers les fruits cuits et le grillé. La matière finement poivrée s’appuie sur des fruits.
