La couleur est sur les fruits mûrs , cerise noire, ça tombe bien il se dégage des parfums de cerise kirsch. C’est soyeux, fruité et comme par hasard on goûte la griotte. Légèrement épicé, tannique mais sans excès. Une belle matière agréable au palais.
