Le Lirac de Manissy ou plutôt de Florian André, enchante le palais par sa finesse. C’est sur des arômes de sous-bois qu’on le découvre puis les notes de grillé apparaissent. La bouche café séduit, la souplesse est presque féminine. Pardon aux Pères fondateurs du château. Très agréable à boire ces tannins fondus, diabolique ce velouté.
